Field Trips

EXCEL members enjoy a variety of field trips. There are some perennial favorites, like Dallas Children's Theater plays and the Dallas Zoo, that we plan for every year. Many of our field trips are suggested and planned by our members, such as a tour of the DART rail depot or a visit to the planetarium at the Science Place. Additional field trips to area museums, nature centers and local businesses will be scheduled throughout the year. Members receive information about upcoming field trips in our monthly newsletter and through our e-mail loop.
